User Agreement:

Any person who downloads and saves to disk any of the images found on this website, http://spheres_and_planes.tripod.com , is subject to this user agreement. When use is personal only (ex. desktop wallpaper, non-web use) user may download for free without obligation to contact artist. When use is for posting on a website, or use in a commercial format within a business or web business - user is obligated to contact artist before posting takes place on website or image is used in a commercial product or format. Upon granting of permission with with conditions specified by artist, depending upon the format in which the image is to be used, then an image(s) may be used.  

[Most likely artist will grant permission to use image in a personal website so long as the artist is recognized through a link on the user's website and a link to http://spheres_and_planes.tripod.com is put on the same page on the website as each image is used.
